			<title>FSLA Corporate membership boosted by Merrill Lynch and Dresdner</title>

			<description>FSLA has seen a steady flow of corporate membership applications in recent months including from in-house lawyers at financial services firms such Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort IB.

			<title>Barclays General Counsel joins FSLA Board</title>

			<description>Mark Harding, Group General Counsel at Barclays, has joined the Advisory Board of FSLA.  


As group GC Harding has responsibilities which cover retail, commercial and investment banking at Barclays. Before joining Barclays in the Summer of 2003 Harding was a senior partner at Clifford Chance and had spent a period in house at UBS. 


Harding joins Simon Dodds of Deutsche Bank and Brad Gans of Citi on the Advisory Board.
