This could be for a number of reasons:
- You have not applied to be a member. Only members are able to log in to the FSLA website. See here for more details about membership.
- You have not confirmed your email address. When you completed the application form you should have received an email asking you to click on a link to confirm your email address, and giving you instructions for paying any membership fees due. You can use an option in the 'join us' menu to have this email resent.
- You have not paid. We try to approve membership applications within fourteen days of receiving the membership fee. If you have not paid, you can find the instructions for doing so in the email asking you to confirm your email address. If you cannot find this email, please contact membership@fsla.org.uk.
- We cannot link payment to you. Payments by bank transfer need to have a reference which enables us to link the payment to you. We generally ask that you use your user name as the reference because this will be unique to you. If you have forgotten to provide a reference, or the reference does not show in the payment details we receive, then we cannot tell who has made the payment, as we will have a number of members from whom we are expecting payment at any one time. If you think this may be the problem, please email treasurer@fsla.org.uk.
- You are using the incorrect details. If you use the incorrect user name or password, then you will not be able to log in. If you think you may be using the wrong password, login are and click on the 'Forgot password?' link. Type in your username, email address and the security code shown and your password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten either your username or the email address that you signed up with, please email your details to website@fsla.org.uk.
