Credible deterrence: changing behaviour through enforcement action
A one-day FSA conference exploring the effect of FSA enforcement and how it changes the behaviour of the firms and individuals that we regulate. The conference will include panel discussions on the industry's perspective on how enforcement action affects the way firms do business, what makes for effective sanctions in retail and wholesale markets and whether the regulatory dividend pays.
Who should attend?
Senior management of authorised firms of all sizes; financial services compliance staff or onsultants; lawyers with an interest in regulation whether employed by public authorities, in private practice or in the financial services industry; and anyone else keen to improve their understanding of our enforcement work.
